1. About These Terms

These terms and conditions govern your use of rhillustration.co.uk and any purchases made through this website. The site is operated by Ryan Helsby ("we", "us", "our"), a sole trader based in Staffordshire, England.

By placing an order or using this website, you agree to be bound by these terms. Please read them carefully before making a purchase.

2. Products and Pricing

All prints sold through this website are produced on demand via our print partner, Prodigi. This means each print is made individually to your order.

• All prices are displayed in GBP (British Pounds) and include VAT where applicable.
• We reserve the right to update prices at any time. The price at the time of your order is the price you pay.
• Product availability may change without notice.

3. Orders and Payment

Payments are processed securely through Stripe. We accept major credit and debit cards.

• Once you place an order, you will receive an email confirmation with your order details.
• Your order is sent to Prodigi for production, which typically takes 3 to 7 business days.
• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order if there is a pricing error, stock issue, or suspected fraud.

4. Delivery

We ship to addresses within the UK and internationally. Estimated delivery times are:

• UK: 3-5 business days after production.
• Europe: 5-10 business days after production.
• Rest of World: 7-15 business days after production.

Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by postal services or customs.

All artwork, illustrations, designs, and content on this website are the copyright of Ryan Helsby. All rights reserved.

• Prints purchased from this site are for personal use only.
• You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or use any artwork for commercial purposes without prior written permission.
• Purchasing a print does not transfer copyright or any intellectual property rights to the buyer.

6. Commissions

Custom illustration commissions are available and are subject to a separate agreement discussed on a case-by-case basis. General terms include:

• A 50% deposit is required before work begins.
• The remaining balance is due upon completion and approval of the final artwork.
• Up to two rounds of revisions are included in the quoted price. Additional revisions may incur extra charges.
• Copyright of commissioned work remains with Ryan Helsby unless a separate licensing agreement is made in writing.

7. Limitation of Liability

Our liability in connection with any product purchased through this website is limited to the purchase price of that product.

• We are not liable for minor colour variations between on-screen previews and the final printed product. This is an inherent characteristic of print-on-demand production.
• We are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of this website or our products.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of this website shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
