We want you to be happy with your purchase. Please read our returns and refunds policy below. If you have any issues with your order, don't hesitate to get in touch.
1. Print-on-Demand Products
All prints sold through this website are made to order using our print partner, Prodigi. Because each item is individually produced for you, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind.
This is in line with the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, which exempt made-to-order and personalised goods from the standard 14-day cooling-off period.
2. Damaged or Defective Items
If your print arrives damaged or is defective, we will make it right. Please:
- Contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.
- Include photographs clearly showing the damage or defect.
- Provide your order number and delivery address.
Once we have reviewed the issue, we will offer either a replacement print or a full refund at your choice.
3. Wrong Item Received
If you receive the wrong item, please contact us with your order details and a photo of the item received. We will arrange a full replacement at no additional cost to you.
4. Cancellations
Because prints are produced on demand, the window for cancellation is limited:
- You may cancel your order within 1 hour of placing it, provided production has not yet started.
- To cancel, email us immediately with your order number.
- If production has already begun, we will be unable to cancel the order.
5. Refund Process
Where a refund is approved:
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout.
- Please allow 5 to 10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or card provider.
- You will receive an email confirmation when your refund has been processed.
